SHIPPING INFORMATION

Swiss Army Knife Mall ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders.  Unless otherwise specified, orders are normally shipped by standard UPS Ground service.  In stock items are normally shipped the next business day after the order is received.  

There is a flat $9.95 shipping charge on Swiss Army Knife orders of $100 or less shipped in the United States.  Swiss Army Knife orders over $100, shipped in the United States receive free shipping.

Swiss Army Knife orders shipped to Canada:  Add $15 to the US shipping costs.  This means if your order is over $100 your shipping charge would only be $10.

Swiss Army Knife orders shipped to other locations around the world:  Add $30 to the US shipping costs.

Your Swiss Army Knife shipping costs will automatically be calculated when you place your order at Swiss Army Knife Mall.

SATISFACTION GUARANTY

RETURN POLICY: Our SATISFACTION GUARANTY.  Products can be returned to Swiss Army Knife Mall for any reason within 30 days from the date shipped for a full refund of the purchase price.  Shipping will be refunded on defective or mis-delivered products that are returned.

The product must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition, along with the original packaging.  Swiss Army Knife Mall will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after shipment to the customer, excluding returns of a defective product.

Should you receive a product you feel is defective make sure you contact us.  We deal with quality products and most of these Swiss Army Knife Products carry a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.  Also, you need to contact us because some manufacturers wish to have defective products returned directly to them.

You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization # before making a return.  Unfortunately, we can not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA# so that you get proper credit.  Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.  We will let you know where to return your product.  

To obtain a RA#,e-mail us at support@swissarmyknifemall.com, or call us at (541) 523-3604.  We will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.  RA#'s are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
