RETURN POLICY: Our SATISFACTION GUARANTY. Products can be returned to Swiss Army Knife Mall for any reason within 30 days from the date shipped for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping will be refunded on defective or mis-delivered products that are returned.
The product must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition, along with the original packaging. Swiss Army Knife Mall will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after shipment to the customer, excluding returns of a defective product.
Should you receive a product you feel is defective make sure you contact us. We deal with quality products and most of these Swiss Army Knife Products carry a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Also, you need to contact us because some manufacturers wish to have defective products returned directly to them.
You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization # before making a return. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA# so that you get proper credit. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. We will let you know where to return your product.
